Service and accounts

SOUNDBAY operates Akbopro for score recognition, review, editing, harmony drafts, practice, storage and sharing. Keep account information accurate and protect your sign-in details.

Recognition and arrangement can contain errors. Compare the result with the source before performing or sharing it. AI recognition is intended for users aged 18 or older.

Scores and rights

Upload, edit and share only material you are entitled to use. Copyright remains with its rights holders; uploading does not grant publication rights. You permit processing needed for your chosen features and recognition/review quality improvement. Anyone with a practice sharing link may view the shared score.

Prices and credits

Tax-inclusive KRW prices are Pro 9,900/month or 99,000/year, Studio 19,900/month or 199,000/year, and 4,900 for a one-time pack of 50 credits. Check the final total, payment method and renewal date in checkout.

Each monthly/yearly payment grants 100/1,200 Pro credits or 300/3,600 Studio credits. Yearly credits arrive together. Packs do not renew. Delivery of one verified single-page PDF or still-image conversion costs one credit, including editable results requiring review. Paid multi-page and animated-image conversion are unavailable. Review, editing, MusicXML import and basic harmony are free. Failed, canceled or timed-out undelivered work restores reserved credits; an identical retry does not consume more.

Unused credits carry in your account and are not removed solely because you cancel a subscription. They cannot be transferred or withdrawn as money. During the displayed free open test, payments and conversion deductions are disabled.

Payments and renewals

Paddle handles purchases as reseller. Subscriptions renew on the selected monthly or yearly cycle. Cancel before renewal through the Paddle customer portal; cancellation normally takes effect at period end. Paddle Buyer Terms apply to its checkout. See refunds and check billing history before retrying a delayed payment.

Privacy, changes and support

See privacy for AI processing, storage and sharing. Do not include confidential personal data in scores. Unlawful use, rights infringement, fraud or disruption may be restricted. Material changes are notified and consent sought where required. Mandatory consumer rights remain available. Contact [email protected] for service issues, privacy requests or disputes.
