Information and purposes

Account email, password hash and status; score files, names, content, revisions and review answers; usage and diagnostic records support accounts, recognition, editing, recovery and improvement. Passwords are not stored in plain text. Diagnostics may include request time/path/status and file names/sizes; delivery infrastructure may process IP and other technical information.

Reviewed lyrics, chords, titles and before/after corrections may be retained in internal quality records and recognition-rule improvement. These records are not represented as anonymous-only. Contact support for access, correction, deletion or processing restriction.

AI recognition and external providers

Image/PDF recognition sends full or cropped score images and recognition requests to Google Gemini API. They may contain notes, titles, lyrics, chords or handwriting and may be processed at overseas provider facilities. Do not submit confidential or sensitive personal information. You may use MusicXML editing and basic harmony without AI conversion.

Google’s paid and unpaid API terms have different retention and improvement-use conditions. Read the provider terms below; Akbopro does not control every provider processing region or retention period through its own server settings. Google Gemini API terms

Payment information

Paddle and payment partners process payment and billing inputs. Akbopro keeps customer/transaction/subscription identifiers, amounts, states, credit and refund records, not full card numbers or CVV. Retention and deletion

Accounts, saved scores and revisions are retained for use and recovery; scores may be deleted in the library. Original preview access currently expires after 24 hours by default. Access expiry does not mean immediate erasure of server files, backups or improvement records. The operator handles deletion requests after identifying their scope and required legal retention.

Deleting a score and its revisions differs from erasing originals, improvement records and backups. Email support for whole-account or associated-data deletion. Records required for contracts, payments or disputes may remain for applicable legal retention periods.

Device storage, sharing and microphone

Sign-in tokens and account snapshots are stored in browser storage. Signing out removes sign-in data but score lists, temporary originals, MusicXML and previews may remain on the device. Clear site data in your browser to remove them. Pre-sign-in drafts can resume for six hours, with expiry checked when accessed.

Practice share links normally last seven days and are readable by anyone with the link; owners may revoke them. Shared content may include titles and lyrics, so check your rights. Microphone practice starts after your action and permission, analyzes pitch on your device, and currently does not upload a microphone recording.

Requests and policy changes

Email support for access, correction, erasure, processing restriction or account deletion. We verify the requester and consider required retention before responding. Restricting necessary processing may limit related features. Material changes are published and additional consent obtained where required. [email protected]
